He has participated in numerous projects in the field of public procurement and proceedings using solutions based on the regulations of public procurement law, such as: Construction of an office complex for the Inspectorate of the Social Insurance Institution in Krakow; Turnkey construction of 2 (two) multi-family residential buildings for 120 apartments together with land development infrastructure and accompanying facilities in Krakow – Nowa Huta; Construction of a sanitary sewer network and water supply network in Olkusz (Polish city); Preparation of design documentation for the modernization of the sewage treatment plant in Olkusz; Design of a housing estate consisting of ten multi-family residential buildings for 736 apartments and an office building, together with accompanying infrastructure, and turnkey construction, based on this documentation, of 2 (two) multi-family residential buildings for 132 apartments and an office building with multi-car garages, infrastructure, land development and accompanying facilities in Warsaw; Design and turnkey construction of multi-family residential buildings with accompanying infrastructure and land development in Opole; Design and turnkey construction of two multi-family residential buildings for 104 apartments with infrastructure, land development and accompanying facilities in Elblag.
He gained his experience while working for institutional entities, including commercial law companies, public finance sector entities, municipal organizational units and cooperatives.
Graduated in law from the University of Wroclaw, then completed his lawyer’s training at the District Bar Association in Kielce and obtained entry on the list of attorneys. Currently enrolled in the list of legal advisors of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow.
He began his career by working as a legal consultant in one of the branches of the Social Insurance Institution. He ran an individual Law Office and also served as a legal advisor in several commercial law companies, housing cooperatives, public finance sector entities and law firms.
He speaks Polish and English.
