Premyslav has many years of experience in program and project management. Having worked in government administration for several years, he led teams that prepared regional development strategies and implemented programs and projects co-financed from European funds. He was responsible for coordinating compliance audits according to the standards required by the European Commission.
In recent years, in one of the largest companies in Central Europe, he carried out feasibility studies and investment projects in the area of transport infrastructure and renewable energy sources. He was involved in preparing a portfolio of projects related to the energy transformation strategy. He participated in M&A projects, coordinated teams carrying out due diligence and preparation of equity transactions, as well as vendor due diligence processes. He developed partnerships and business relationships on the global commodities market.
Running his own business, he developed trade projects between Poland and China.
Premyslav graduated in German studies from the University of Łódź. He studied at the University of Giessen (Germany) and at the University of Warsaw. He completed postgraduate program in logistics at the University of Kozminski. EMBA graduate at the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
