Attorney Michał Barwacz specializes in criminal and economic criminal law.
As a defense attorney, Michał represents his clients before courts and law enforcement agencies. He provides day-to-day legal services to individual and corporate clients, including units of the common courts.
He is active in the fields of governance and mediation. As a member of supervisory boards, he brings his legal experience to oversee the operations of business entities, and as a mediator, he supports parties in resolving conflicts in a constructive and conciliatory manner.
His multi-faceted approach to the legal profession, combining legal knowledge with experience in management and social activities, makes him a valued individual in both the legal and sports area.
What is unique, Michał combines his legal activities with his passion for sports. As a member of the Legal Commission of the Polish Muay Thai Association and a sports activist, he is involved in the development of the discipline in Poland. He supports recognized fight clubs from the legal and organizational side in national and international events. He is also involved in the activities of a respected football academy enabling the development of football talents.
In addition to his interest in sports and related legal aspects, he is also curious about legal issues in e-sports. Due to his interest in literature, music and painting in legal assistance, he supports young, perspective artists – book authors, musicians and painters.
He graduated from Law at Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski University in Cracow, and served his legal training at the District Bar Council in Cracow.
