We are very pleased to inform you that the Hanglung Law Biernat&Kossacki team headed by the attorney Łukasz Kossacki-Lytwyn successfully won a complicated inheritance case before one of the Krakow courts, that lasted over 4 years, in which we defended the interest of our Client (beneficiary of the will).
During the proceedings, despite the submission of the numerous evidence requests by the opposing party (including extensive medical documentation), we managed to prove that the Testator, regardless of her severe physical illness, was a sane person and thus competent to draw up a valid will. We are delighted that we managed to respect Her last will.
Suffering from a severe physical illness does not automatically exclude the possibility of making a valid will. The proceedings presented above were another case conducted by us with a very complicated property status in the background, which contains a significant cross-border element (part of the inheritance property was located outside Poland).
