Each examination concludes with a comprehensive report presented by the Law Firm. As part of the analysis, we check, among other things, the legality of the entity’s operations (possessing the necessary permits or fulfilling basic registration obligations), its ownership structure, financial situation, as well as the way it conducts its activities (possessing required corporate approvals or intellectual property rights protection).

The purpose of the examination is to gain a full understanding of the legal and factual situation of the company so that the investor has complete knowledge about the entity in which they intend to invest.
