Karol works with Hanglung Law, where he runs the Venture Capital/Private Equity and Startup department.
He specializes in providing comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs and businesses as well as in connection with VC/PE investment projects and M&A transactions. Karol offers a full range of legal services to investors and startups in the field of investment process financing and implementation on the private VC/PE market. He also has experience in providing direct and day-to-day legal services to the IT, construction, veterinary and transport industries. He also assists foreign entities entering the Polish market, both through dedicated entities and the acquisition of undertakings that are already operational.
Karol provides support with all manner of legal and commercial problems that can arise during ongoing business operations. His approach to the matters he is entrusted with is characterised by pragmatism and a focus on tasks, by determining the status of a case, the client’s interest and then proposing a suitable solution. He believes in hard work, commitment and motivation.

He graduated in from the University of Warsaw and completed the American Law programme run by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Florida Center for American Law Studies at the Levin College of Law.
In practicing his profession, efficiency has the greatest appeal for him, as well as the knowledge that legal advice can have a real impact on a client’s situation. Thus, he believes that laws and regulations need not be an unnecessary burden for a client but can, above all, provide a solid basis and support for business growth.
In thinking about the success of the cases clients have entrusted him with, he recalls the words of Vincent Van Gogh: “Great things do not arise from impulse, but from putting small things together”.
He is passionate about sports, especially football, running, tennis and working out. He likes good food and socializing. Michael Jordan inspires him, especially because of his work ethic and ability to achieve goals.
