We participated in the establishment of Polish subsidiary companies (transport and forwarding) for a company that is part of a global, Far Eastern transport corporation (with Chinese, Japanese and Thai state participation), currently ranked in the second hundred of the world’s largest companies – Fortune 500.
We are currently providing legal services to these companies on an ongoing basis, including successfully assisting with their in-kind capitalisation processes. Subsequently, we coordinated and carried out a merger process for these companies.
