Conducting negotiations on behalf of a company whose owners include the Chinese, Thai and Japanese State Treasuries

In 2021, on behalf of a large company owned by the Chinese, Thai and Japanese State Treasuries, among others, we negotiated with one of the Geely group of companies about vehicles acquired by a Polish company. The negotiations resulted in a very favourable agreement for our Polish client.
