Luan Jinxian specializes in FDI and M&A. She acted an advisor to a well-known, foreign-funded consulting company with regard to the commercial and legal aspects of foreign investments in China.
She advised domestic and foreign companies on building management structures, dispute resolution, and investment advice and assisted with the setting up of several foreign-funded companies in China.
The holder of a BA in law from Central South University of Economics and a BA in economics from Ohio State University, she also obtained a master’s degree in management from Florida University.
