We provided legal assistance to a Chinese investor investing in the CEE region as part of a portfolio investment carried out here. As part of this transaction, we conducted a legal audit of the company being the subject of the investment (due diligence), and then prepared and negotiated an investment agreement (including the establishment of a security for the investor for the duration of the project, profit share and control right, as well as the possibility of exiting the investment). Then, we coordinated the transaction process and post-transaction – registration of changes in the National Court Register and creation of appropriate post-transaction documentation.
