Our client is a large and thriving entrepreneur from the transport industry. Until recently, he operated as a sole proprietorship based on an entry in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG). At the time, the entrepreneur carried out international transport activities based on a permit to pursue the occupation of road transport operator issued by the competent district chief executive and a license obtained from the General Inspectorate of Road Transport for the international commercial road transport of goods.
The entrepreneur expected a change in the legal form of his business activity that would be non-invasive for his current activity, so that there would be no interruption in the transport services provided. The firm managed to obtain the necessary transport permits and business insurance for a limited liability company within one day from the entry of the transformed company into the National Court Register, which resulted in no interruption to the business activities of our client. As a law firm, we carried out the project in a comprehensive manner, coordinating all aspects, including transport, taxation and accounting.
