Attorney Anna Kolloch-Skoczek, cooperating with Hanglung Law, entered on the list of attorneys kept by the Pomeranian Bar Association in Gdańsk.

She gained professional experience in one of the largest domestic law firms, as well as as an in-house lawyer within a Tri-City group of companies from many industries.

She specializes in comprehensive legal services for entrepreneurs and commercial law companies from various industries (including real estate, construction, accounting), in particular in the field of creation, ongoing corporate services, reporting, reorganization, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and liquidation of entities.

She approaches the assigned tasks with full commitment, and treats each client individually and takes into account their expectations, always having the client’s best interests in mind.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. In 2011, she defended her master’s thesis in the field of international commercial arbitration.
She spent one semester of studies at the University of Zurich, Switzerland.
Moreover, during her studies, she participated in a number of international projects, including: the Summer Law School on International Arbitration in Ankara, Turkey, organized by the European Law Students Association (ELSA).

She completed her legal training at the Bar Association in Warsaw and Gdańsk, where she passed the bar exam in 2016 and was entered on the list of lawyers.

She prefers to spend her free time with her family and close to nature, traveling around the country.

She is proficient in English and German.
